Health & security Training: environment Up Your Work Station
Do not… use conventional hemorrhoid products. Many of the pills and ointments contain harsh chemicals that can give you side-effects such as headaches, nausea and diarrhoea and just bring about a temporary fix.
(3)Don’t disregard your past career. Already having worked in a profession will help you get that new position much easier than someone who has never had any experience. Talk about what your past posts have taught you and how they will come in handy for this post, as well as the training (mcse training, JSHC training part 1, managerial etc) you have gained. Generalist skills like being able to take the initiative, team cooperation and being resourceful are highly desirable skills to any post.
Bike to Work Week – From May 16th-20th put your butt on a cycle seat and pump your legs to work for at least one day. Make sure to inform everyone at your workplace that you will doing it and see how many people join in! If you want to go big send out an email to everyone and organize a bike to work day or week and get more people involved in the joy of biking.
Do…eat a fiber rich diet such as vegetables, nuts, whole grains and wheat bran to bulk out the stools and citrus fruits, apples, barley, psyllium and flax seeds to soften the stool. You should be striving for the easy passing of soft stools. Not being constipated is perhaps the best treatment of hemorrhoids you can have!
Caffeine is bad for our health because it can constrict blood vessels. Blood cannot flow easily to the vital organs. As a result, the vital organs are deprived of the nutrients carried in blood cells. Moreover, the vessels strain to accommodate the rushing of cells. It breaks down collagen fibers as well.
Always speak to your production team and make sure they are in contact with the live events entertainment you are providing. So many times you turn up on the day of the event and the lighting is of poor quality or the PA system is at the other end of the room so you can’t hear the music during the performance. Communication is key between the entertainment company and the production company. A 10-minute phone call can dissolve many potential problems you would find on the day. Lighting, sound and production must compliment the entertainment to ensure a high quality performance and to get your moneys worth.
